Help to Grow: Management Course

Programme Information

The Help to Grow: Management Course is delivered by Cranfield University and accredited by the Small Business Charter. This 12-week online course is designed for senior managers and owners of small and medium-sized businesses to boost their business's performance and resilience.

• Location: Online
• Cost: 90% of the course fee is funded by the Department for Business and Trade. Businesses pay Ł750 per participant.

The programme offers 50 hours of support over 12 weeks, including:

• Eight online 2-hour tutorials
• Four online case study workshops
• Eight peer group calls to share knowledge and experiences with fellow course participants
• One-to-one support from a mentor to provide personalised support to develop a business growth plan

Participants will be provided access to the Help To Grow Alumni Programme upon completing the course.

Eligibility

Business Eligibility: UK businesses from any sector operating for more than one year and having between 5 to 249 employees are eligible. Charities are not eligible.

Applicant Eligibility: Applicants must be a decision maker or member of the business's senior management team. If the business employs between 10 and 249 people, two people from the same business can attend the course.
