MSt in Real Estate

The MSt in Real Estate is a two-year, part-time masters programme for experienced professionals and emerging leaders in the industry. It is delivered through a blend of online distance learning, e-learning through a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), and attendance at five residential blocks of intensive in-person study in Cambridge.

Course Delivery

• The MSt in Real Estate is delivered through a blend of online distance learning and attendance at five in-person residentials over the two years of the course.
• There are seven weeks of residentials in total, with two two-week and one one-week residential in Year 1 and two one-week residentials in Year 2.
• The residentials are intense and stimulating periods of study, combining lectures, workshops, and presentations from academics and industry leaders, with a strong emphasis on real-world case studies, practical applications, collaborative projects, and group discussions.

Course Structure and Assessment

• The programme has a modular design, with six assessed modules and one non-assessed module on business strategy and leadership.
• Another key component of the course is a 12,000-word research dissertation, which students complete over the two years with support and guidance from faculty.

Fees and Funding

• Course fees are Ł17,200 per year (Ł34,400 total) for Home and Overseas students in 202628, covering tuition and University and College membership fees.
• Students are expected to cover their own costs of travel, accommodation, and subsistence during the residential sessions in Cambridge.
